Backorders

Occasionally some products may temporarily be out of stock and on backorder status. We make every effort to let you know when a product is on backorder status by displaying this information with the product in the Online Store.

If you indicated your shipping preference to be "Ship as items become available", you will be alerted on your packing slip to items that are on backorder status. Your packing slip will show the item in the quantity backorder column (Qty. B/O) and the comments area will indicate an expected date for FranklinCovey to receive the item. The item will be shipped within the next two business days of FranklinCovey receiving the items. Expected arrival dates are subject to change.

Preorders

Some products are made available for purchase in the online store before stock arrives in our warehouse for shipping. These items appear with a preorder status notation next to the item number for each product.

If you have preorder items in your order and have indicated your shipping preference to be "ship in as few shipments as possible," items will not ship until all preorder items in your order are in stock in our warehouse.
